Drive high-volume, profitable sales through lead generation, strategic networking, and consistent follow-ups. Identify new sales opportunities and expand market share. Close deals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Build and manage your own sales pipeline, with your efforts directly reflected in your earnings. Play a key role in growing the business and achieving both personal and company sales goals.

What You’ll Need:
2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, or building materials. General knowledge of construction and the building industry. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
