About the role

Maintenance Technician- 2nd Shift (Shift Differential Offered) Competitive Pay, shift differentials, and a Comprehensive Benefits Plan, Including 401(K). +$1.00/Hour Raise at 90-Days (Pending Performance Review) Jennmar Services is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant located in Graysville, PA. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot prep plant machinery
  • Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair Screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams
  • Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility
  • Comply with all MSHA safety requirements
  • Complete MSHA Surface Training (training provided)
Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AMNight Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) Overtime available

Qualifications:
  • Previous maintenance experience preferredMSHA Surface Training (provided if needed)
  • Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools
  • Required PPE (Not Provided):Hard hat
  • Reflective vest or shirt
