HSE Training Manager

Overview As HSE Training Manager you will translate complex health, safety, and environmental content into engaging training for a diverse workforce. You’ll partner with HSE experts to ensure compliance and practical learning, applying adult-learning principles to maximize retention and behavior change. You’ll manage learning plans, track progress, and continuously improve training in a fast-growing, distributed organization. This role blends instructional design with regulatory fluency to support Crusoe’s safety and compliance ambitions. Compensation / Benefits Competitive compensation and equity packages 401(k) Retirement plan with company match Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off and parental leave Professional development & tuition reimbursement Mental health & wellness support Responsibilities Translate technical, regulatory, and safety content into clear training materials Apply adult-learning principles to design and deliver effective training Conduct gap analyses and develop/update learning plans across the business Administer HSE learning plans in the LMS (Work Ramp or Workday)Create reports and dashboards to track compliance and progress Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with workforce development strategy Drive continuous improvement using data and feedback Support training delivery and collaboration with travel up to 25% Key requirements 5+ years in training, L&D, or instructional design Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience designing training for adult learners and translating technical content Comfort with HSE topics and terminology Hands-on LMS experience with Work Ramp, Workday Learning, or similar Ability to work with diverse teams and identify learning needs Data reporting skills to translate training data into insights Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong communication Cross-functional collaboration Instructional designLMS administration (Work Ramp, Workday Learning)Content translation of technical/regulatory material Data reporting and dashboard creation
