Desktop Support Technician
Location: Indianapolis, INWork Type: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support to end users in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktops/laptops, Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, software, peripherals, and basic networking.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Help Desk, or End User Computing. Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments. Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.Good knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and peripheral troubleshooting. Experience with PC imaging, deployment, software installation, and hardware refreshes. Experience working with an ITSM/ticketing system such as Service Now. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
