What You'll Do: Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are consistently and appropriately staffed Communicate with caregivers to fill open shifts, manage schedule changes, and maintain accurate availability records Monitor daily schedules, proactively resolving call-offs, late arrivals, and coverage gaps with timely replacements Serve as the primary contact for scheduling needs, supporting both clients and caregivers with prompt, professional communication Maintain accurate documentation and compliance while providing on-call support for after-hours staffing needs and urgent coverage gaps What You'll Need At least 18 years old Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred 1 year of home care scheduling experience required Home care experience required Previous CNA experience preferred Valid driver's license and auto insurance required Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Supportive team and meaningful work Ongoing training and leadership that values you We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
