What We're Looking For: We need a detail-oriented individual with at least 5 years of recent experience in Quick Books Desktop and 3 years in Quick Books Online. If you have experience with Excel that's a plus as well. If you thrive on managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks you could be the perfect fit.

Your Responsibilities Will Include: Maintaining accurate financial records using our established procedures Communicating effectively with clients to address their bookkeeping needs Collaborating seamlessly with your fellow squad members to deliver exceptional results What We Expect From You: As a vital member of our squad, we expect unwavering dedication and professionalism. Work Schedule: Flexible: Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5PM

Experience Required: 5 years in bookkeeping, 5 years with Quick Books Desktop, 3 year with Quick Books Online
