Our team specializes in providing evaluation and treatment for feeding difficulties related to a variety of factors including medical, psychosocial, sensory, and skill-based needs. We are also leaders in providing orofacial myology evaluation and treatment as well as pre and post frenectomy care. Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant - Starting at $30 an hour, but goes up with experience At Small Steps, therapy is more than a service - it's a collaborative, creative, and deeply human experience. About the Role:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant at Small Steps, you'll partner with families and fellow clinicians to evaluate and support children with speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, social communication, and feeding/swallowing needs. You'll develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, document progress, and coach caregivers to support carryover at home and in the child's natural environment. Qualifications:
Current state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills Commitment to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach
