Inventory and Construction Administrator

Check us out at www.livewindward.com.Job Purpose The Inventory and Construction Admin will be responsible for supporting the Inventory Department by ensuring home data is properly maintained in Salesforce and Rent Manager. The position will also assist in the creating contracts and data entry for project management system for construction projects throughout the Windward Communities portfolio including the construction of manufactured home units, capital projects, and various other construction activities.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities· Bachelor’s degree in related field is desirable but not required.· At least three years of related experience required.· Salesforce experience and/or Rent Manager software experience desired.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to prioritize tasks.· Understanding of manufactured housing inventory, a plus.· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
