Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, fabricators, installers, and internal teams. Experience with project tracking or management software preferred. Signage industry experience strongly preferred. About the Signage Project Manager RoleAs a Signage Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Manage signage projects from initial planning through completion. Coordinate project information, schedules, production, shipping, and installation. Communicate with clients, vendors, fabricators, installers, and internal teams. Review project specifications, quotes, and requirements. Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Coordinate solutions to production, shipping, and installation issues. Maintain accurate project documentation and tracking systems. Monitor projects to ensure they remain organized and on schedule. Support quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Perform other project management duties as assigned.
