RN Field Supervisor: Lead Clinicians & Education

Adaptive Home Health, LLC seeks a Field Supervisor (RN) to guide clinicians in real-world home health practice, validate competency, and model top-tier care. The role is salaried, field-based in Detroit with a branch in Southfield, MI, reporting to the Clinical Manager and Director of Clinical Education. You will precept, coach, and mentor new clinicians, maintain a reduced patient caseload, and contribute to product feedback to improve our charting and scheduling tools.
