About the role

Job DescriptionHVAC Certification Maintenance Technician Keep cool this summer with a hot new career, join our A/C Maintenance Team and make a difference where comfort meets quality! The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units
  • Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.
  • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
  • Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
  • Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications:
  • A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC)
  • At least 6 months of onsite experience
  • Valid I.D. Required
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
  • Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
  • This is a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
