Job TitleAir Reserve Technician (ART) for the Services (3M) Career FieldThe primary purpose of this position is to serve as the subject matter expert for the Services (3M) career field within the Force Support Squadron.
Duties include:
Developing goals and objectives, reviewing and revising policies, procedures, and mission objectives and implementing quality improvements.
Analyzing the combat capability of the flight through intensive evaluation of training, equipment status, manning, and flight supervision.
Serving as the principle advisor to Senior Leadership on all Services Readiness issues.
Acting as Flight Resource Advisor, Wing Lodging Liaison, and Food Service Coordinator.
Ensuring performance reports (EPRs & OPRs), career counseling, and promotions are completed for flight.
