About the role

Position Overview: We are seeking qualified A&P Certified Mechanics to support aircraft systems maintenance, modification, and component replacement. This role involves working across multiple aircraft systems, performing change order modifications, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with FAA standards in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
Key Responsibilities: Aircraft Systems Maintenance & Modifications: Perform change order modifications, repairs, and replacements on key aircraft systems, including: Cabin Air Conditioning & Temperature Control Systems (CACTCS)Nitrogen Generation Systems (NGS)Ram Air Turbines (RAT)Auxiliary Power Units (APU)Engine thrust reversers and nacelles Landing gear wheel brake systems Replace and service components such as valves, compressors, sensors, heat exchangers, filters, and control units Support removal, installation, and inspection of mechanical and pneumatic systems Electrical Systems Work: Modify and replace electrical components including: Power and control panels Circuit breakers and circuit cards Wire harnesses and accessory power cables Perform wire stripping, crimping, pinning, and re-pinning (Cannon plugs)Troubleshoot and maintain electrical power delivery systems and related components
General Maintenance Duties: Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on hydraulic, engine, and flight control systems Support maintenance of fire detection systems and electrical cooling systems Execute software updates where required Ensure all work meets FAA regulations and company quality standards
Required Qualifications: Active A&P Certification (FAA Mechanic License)Experience working with aircraft mechanical and/or electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience: Powerplant/engine maintenance Wheel and brake systems Air conditioning and pressurization systems Electrical power delivery and wiring systems Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Aircraft component removal/installation and inspection
