Material Handler - 1st & 2nd Shift

Material Handler Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a leading manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you'll help keep production and shipping operations running smoothly by safely moving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the facility. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials throughout the facility Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles Transport materials between production, storage, and shipping areas Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against documentation Maintain accurate inventory records using logs and inventory systems Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment and production needs Perform routine equipment inspections, support inventory counts, and maintain a clean and organized work area Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds Ability to perform basic math and documentation tasks accurately Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and effective teamwork skills Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
