DC What You’ll Do: Complete commercial valuation, alternative products and consulting assignments with precision and professionalism. Utilize advanced commercial report-writing platforms and comprehensive databases in a technology-driven environment. Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills in all aspects of the role. Conduct third-party appraisal reviews to ensure compliance with USPAP and FIRREA standards, as well as validate value conclusions. Manage multiple assignments efficiently while adhering to deadlines.

What You Bring: Certified General Appraiser license (required).5+ years of experience in commercial appraising, with expertise across multiple property types and complex assignments. MAI designation (preferred but not required).Bachelor’s degree (required).Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
