Strategic Director of Labor & Employee Relations

The City and County of San Francisco’s Department of Public Health seeks an impact-driven Director of Labor and Employee Relations to lead strategy, negotiations, and labor-management relations across the department. You will develop systems to address workforce issues, guide executives, and drive durable outcomes in a complex public health system. Reporting to CHRO, you will oversee multiple bargaining units, design practical approaches, and build a high-performing labor relations team.
