A leading Children s Anesthesia Group is seeking a CRNA to join their growing team supporting multiple surgical specialties. This role focuses on providing high-quality anesthesia care to neonatal and pediatric patients in a collaborative, team-based environment. No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities offering an exceptional work-life balance.

- Administer anesthesia for neonatal and pediatric patients
- Collaborate with supervising Anesthesiologists on care plans
- Manage anesthesia through induction, maintenance, and emergence
- Utilize EPIC EMR system
- Deliver patient- and family-centered care Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Graduate of an accredited AANA-approved Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification
- Active Ohio license or willingness to obtainPALS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid computer proficiency Preferred Qualifications
- Neonatal or pediatric anesthesia experience (not required)
- Open to new graduates Additional Information
- Multiple openings across surgical specialties
- All cases performed under supervision of a staff Anesthesiologist
