This is a senior opportunity focused on the delivery and oversight of NYCHA, HPD, Section 8 and occupied affordable housing rehabilitation projects across New York City. The business has a strong secured pipeline and is looking for someone who can take ownership of a portfolio of projects, work closely with clients and senior leadership, and help drive delivery across the wider business.
