Staff Product Designer Design Systems Architect

Etsy, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead Collage—the design system powering web, iOS, Android, and Flutter. You will shape components, tokens, and patterns across platforms while guiding a mature system for a two-sided marketplace. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive adoption, improve documentation, and raise the quality bar. This is a senior role with strong impact on Etsy’s design language and user experience.
