About the role

Position Overview: As a WooCommerce Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the setup, maintenance, and optimization of our WooCommerce store on WordPress. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to ensure a seamless, functional, and accessible shopping experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in adding, editing, and organizing products in WooCommerce. Manage product categories, descriptions, and visual assets. Support troubleshooting of cart, checkout, and payment issues. Help integrate plugins related to shipping, inventory, or booking. Ensure the storefront is user-friendly, responsive, and up-to-date. Collaborate with Marketing on product launches, promotions, or digital downloads. Maintain product tags, stock levels, and order flow accuracy. Assist with basic backend tasks related to WooCommerce and WordPress.

What We're Looking For: Have solid experience with WooCommerce and WordPress. Are comfortable navigating a website backend and using plugins.
