Machine Learning Engineer

What you’ll do: Develop and maintaindata-driven software solutionsthat address business needs Build, test, and deployAI/ML models and toolsto improve business processes Keep pace withAI/ML industry trendsto identify technical resources for developing and enhancing efficient data systems Support implementation, testing, and monitoring ofdata processing pipelinesand AI/ML learning products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Analyze and interpret data to derive insights usingC2 and AI/ML tools Maintaindata quality and integrityfrom development through execution Complete additional tasks that align with the general framework of Data Engineering and Data Science qualifications as they arise

Required qualifications: Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher; candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree desired). Additional related work experience may be used in place of a degree 3+ yearsof experience developing software 2+ yearsof experience developing and implementing AI models using machine learning algorithms Familiarity with Palantir software, including Palantir Gotham, Palantir Foundry, and Palantir Metropolis Strong programming skills in Java, Python, andC++ Proven experience in Palantir software developmentand Artificial Intelligence Experience designing and implementing Machine Learning infrastructureto train and deploylarge language models Knowledge of Agilesoftware development using Scrum Familiarity withdata structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools Proficiency with one or moremajor deep learning frameworks On-siteavailability in El Paso, TX Technologies Palantir Gotham Palantir Foundry Palantir Metropolis Java Python C++ Scrum
