Site/Civil - Project Manager (P.E) - Richmond, VA

Location: Richmond, VA

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits, ESOPWe're looking for an experienced Site/Civil Project Manager (P.E.) to lead a variety of land development projects across the Richmond area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects, mentoring engineers, and building strong client relationships.

What You'll Do: Manage land development projects from planning through construction. Lead site design, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and permitting efforts. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with clients, local agencies, and multidisciplinary teams. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Support business development and help grow client relationships.

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.8+ years of site/civil engineering experience. Strong background in land development, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
