Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications Assistant to support customer outreach, promotional communication, and relationship-building initiatives. Responsibilities: Assist with customer outreach and communication initiatives. Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally. Help identify customer needs and provide helpful information. Participate in community outreach and promotional events. Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship development. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Help prepare and organize communication and promotional materials. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Collaborate with team members to support daily communication goals. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Professional and approachable demeanor. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong relationship-building abilities. Good organizational and time management skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous communications, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
