Territory Manager We are partnering with a privately held, century-strong manufacturer known for high-quality products and a rock-solid reputation in the lighting, electrical, and network infrastructure space. They're growing—and looking for someone to own and grow a key territory covering South Puget Sound, Central WA, and parts of the coast. This is a remote-based role with a nice mix of account management (60%) and new business (40%). You'll have autonomy, a clear growth path, and support from a collaborative team.
What you'll be doing:
- Helping distributors succeed—through product training, support, and joint sales calls
- Driving demand and awareness with end-users
- Owning the territory plan—pricing, quoting, pipeline, inventory, and strategy
- Leading demos and presentations to help customers find the right fit
- Spending 3–4 days per week in the field building relationships
