Junior Communications Specialist - Analytics ResearchSavvee Inc. is seeking an analytical Junior Communications Specialist - Analytics Research to support our federal client in a hybrid work environment located in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will excel at gathering and interpreting audience insights to inform strategic communications efforts, translating research findings, stakeholder feedback, and performance data into actionable recommendations. This individual will bring strong organizational and analytical skills to support campaign planning and evaluation, maintain digital content platforms, and help measure the effectiveness of outreach initiatives that advance mission objectives.Essential Functions:Conducting audience research.Analyzing survey and feedback results.Supporting stakeholder interviews.Maintaining SharePoint and web content.Developing reports and outreach performance metrics.Supporting campaign planning and additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs.Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.Required Education and Training:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Public Policy, Political Science, Business, or related field.Minimum Experience and Skills Required:Three or more years of related experience.Strong writing skills.Comfortable conducting research and analyzing results.Experience with Microsoft (MS) Excel.Experience supporting meetings, webinars, events, surveys, or outreach.Ability to compile information into recommendations and communications products.Must have the ability to obtain the client's suitability.A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products.Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A highly motivated self-starter.Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills.Desired but not required qualifications:Federal communications and/or public affairs experience.DHS and/or CISA experience.EOE Statement: Savvee Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.EEOC- Eligibility to Work: In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.Arlington, VA Hybrid Full Time $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
