Parts Runner - Lincoln, IL

Essential Job Functions: Picks up, delivers and routes items and correspondence to the appropriate team members in all of the Duncan Aviation facilities. Operates company vehicles for on campus pick up and delivery of materials. Prior to delivery, verifies accuracy of part's information (i.e. quantities, part numbers, lot or serial numbers, part description, condition code, expiration date, etc.). Scans the barcodes to document the delivery for speed and accuracy using our internal Radio Frequency (RF) System. Assists with various warehouse duties (i.e. incoming parts' inspections, pulling orders, packaging shipments, etc.) according to Duncan Aviation approved procedures. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Job Specific Requirements Licenses/Certificates: Duncan Aviation-trained Forklift Certification; Shipping & Receiving Auditor designation eligible. Must have a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record Attendance: Regularly scheduled attendance required Physical: Routinely lifts up to 50 lbs., occasionally 100 lbs.; tolerates standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing and sitting; reads small print Environmental: Tolerates working in extreme temperatures and noisy environments
