Job Overview:
A law firm seeks an experienced Family Law Attorney in Miami, FL, to represent clients in divorce, custody, and related matters. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal guidance while maintaining compassion for clients navigating emotionally challenging situations.
Duties:
Represent clients in family law matters.
Conduct case strategy sessions with clients.
Draft pleadings and legal motions.
Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Manage a caseload of active litigation matters.
Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress.
Requirements:
Active Florida Bar License.
Experience in family law litigation.
Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Commitment to client service and professionalism.
EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree.
