Bilingual Packing Line Lead - English/Spanish

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities: Work on the packing line while leading and supporting the team. Operate the packaging machine and help address minor operating or workflow issues. Assign employees to work areas and explain their responsibilities in English or Spanish as needed. Train new packers on packing procedures, quality standards, equipment operation, and safe work practices. Inspect finished products and packaging, identify defects, and communicate quality concerns or rework needs to a supervisor. Keep the line organized, supplied, and working toward daily production goals. Monitor staffing and report attendance or headcount concerns to supervisors. Escalate larger production, equipment, safety, or quality concerns to management. Maintain a clean and safe work area and help the team follow company procedures.

Qualifications: Ability to communicate and train employees in both English and Spanish required. Previous quality control, quality inspection, or product inspection experience required. Packing, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience required. Line Lead, Team Lead, or similar leadership experience required. Willing and able to learn and operate the packaging machine. Comfortable performing packing and production work alongside the team. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
