We are a growing, mid?sized food production and processing company looking for reliable, motivated individuals to support our growing operations. What Youll Do: -Handle, wash, cut, trim, and package fresh fruits and vegetables -Work on production lines to meet daily output and quality goals -Use knives and cutting tools safely and efficiently -Follow all GMP, food safety, and QA guidelines -Wear required PPE such as gloves, aprons, and cut?resistant equipment -Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe -Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly Work Environment: -Cold, refrigerated production floor (3438F) -Wet conditions with consistent contact with water and fresh produce -Fast?paced, team?oriented environment What Were Looking For: -Ability to work in cold and wet conditions -Ability to work overtime -Comfortable standing for long periods (810 hours) -Ability to lift 4050 lbs frequently -Comfortable using knives and handheld cutting tools -Team player with reliable attendance -Willingness to follow strict food safety and PPE guidelines -Previous production or food processing experience a plus, but not required we provide training!
