Job Opportunity This is a remote position. The Technical Services Coordinator manages medium-level technical projects and operational activities for Enterprise Technology Services. It involves coordinating tasks, scheduling maintenance, and supporting technical projects across the ITS department. The role requires effective communication with technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless operations. It plays a critical part in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly. Candidates with EPIC certification are highly desired and preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute technical projects and routine system maintenance activities.
Support database and server-related projects, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among technical teams and vendors.
Requirements:
4+ years of project management and technical support experience.
Hands-on experience with Windows and UNIX (or Linux/AIX) systems.
Excellent facilitation, meeting management, and technical troubleshooting skills
