Lead AI Architect - OBIQUA

Overview In this role, you will lead the design, development, TEVV, and operationalization of AI algorithms for the DIA OBIQUA program. You’ll provide technical leadership across AI, ML, and analytics to advance analytic modernization and governance. You’ll shape AI architectures and implementation strategies aligned with mission needs, oversee model lifecycle and deployment, and collaborate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Compensation / Benefitscompany-paid dental insurancehealth insurancelife insurancedisability coverage 401(k) with company matchingpaid holidays and personal time off Responsibilities Lead the design, development, testing, evaluation, verification, and validation (TEVV) of AI algorithms and models Provide technical leadership for AI/ML initiatives supporting analytic modernization Develop AI architectures, frameworks, and implementation strategies aligned with mission requirements Oversee AI model lifecycle management, performance evaluation, and deployment Collaborate with government stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and technical teams Establish AI governance, QA, and risk management processes Support integration of AI solutions into intelligence analysis workflows and enterprise systems Provide guidance on emerging AI technologies and innovation initiatives Key requirements Active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI Poly adjudicated within the last 5 years Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Demonstrated experience leading AI implementation projects Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least part in the last 2 yearsleadershipcross-functional collaborationstakeholder communicationAI architecturesmachine learningTEVV (Testing, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation)
