Hybrid Strategic Total Rewards Director

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to lead the design, governance, and execution of our total rewards strategy across compensation and benefits in the US. You will develop job architecture, grading, salary frameworks, benchmarking, and manage merit, promotions, and incentive processes across multiple states, partnering with Finance and People Operations. This hybrid role requires about 3 days in the Romeoville, IL office with occasional travel.
