Production Worker

Key Responsibilities: Operate food processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently Prepare, sort, package, and label food products according to company standards Inspect products to ensure quality, freshness, and proper packaging Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment Monitor production lines and report equipment malfunctions or product issues Accurately complete production and quality control records Assist with loading raw materials and moving finished products Follow workplace safety guidelines and wear required PPE Work with team members to meet daily production goals and deadline QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous food manufacturing or production experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Work EnvironmentFood manufacturing facility with refrigerated or temperature-controlled areas Exposure to production equipment, cleaning chemicals, and food ingredients Required use of hairnets, gloves, safety glasses, and other protective equipment ScheduleFull-time and part-time positions available Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be required Overtime opportunities available based on production demands BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan On-the-job training and career advancement opportunities
