Family Services Specialist (Bilingual Spanish or Creole required)

Location: Palm Beach County, FL

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday(M-Th: 8AM-5:30PM/Fri: 8AM-12PM)

Pay: up to $23.39 per hour commensurate with experience TheEarly Learning Coalition of Palm Beach Countyis seeking a dedicated and bilingualFamily Services Specialistto advocate for families and help them access essential early learning programs and services. What You'll Do: Provide Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) services in the community. Screen applicants for financial assistance and determine eligibility for programs such asSchool Readiness, VPK, CSC Scholarship, Head Start and Early Head Start. Advocate for families, assess needs, and assist with enrollment, transfers, and service terminations. Maintain accurate family information in the Enhanced Field System (EFS) database. Manage a caseload while accurately documenting case notes and ensuring compliance with confidentiality and reporting requirements.

What We're Looking For: Bilingual proficiency i n English & Creole – Required (read, write, speak). Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Services, Social Work, or related field. At least 2 years of experiencein CCR&R, eligibility determination, or childcare enrollment processes. Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency inMicrosoft Office(Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs and cloud-based systems.
