Labor and Delivery RN Supervisor in Miami, Florida

Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision and leadership for the Labor & Delivery unit during assigned shifts Coordinate staffing assignments and patient flow Support and mentor nursing staff in real time Ensure safe, high-quality patient care delivery Assist with escalated clinical situations and decision-making support Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Promote patient- and family-centered care throughout the unit

Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery or Women's Services experience required BLS required ACLS required NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required BSN strongly preferred or required depending on facility standards Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
