About the role

Compensation: Advisory Position (Unpaid role offering strategic influence, commercial strategy support, and the opportunity to help scale a founder-led technology business serving owner-led businesses) Are you a commercial strategy, technology, or B2B growth leader ready to help scale a business turning practical technology implementation into a repeatable commercial model? We're seeking a seasoned advisor to join a Europe-based technology company's advisory board, providing expertise in go-to-market strategy, recurring revenue development, and strategic partnerships during an important commercial transition stage.

What You’ll Do:

Advise on ideal customer profile, market positioning, and the development of repeatable service offerings
Support the transition from project-based work toward recurring revenue and a more scalable commercial model
Guide sales strategy, partnership development, and pipeline building to reduce dependency on founder-led relationships
Help shape decisions on team growth, operating structure, and long-term expansion across new markets
Who We’re Looking For: Senior executive with experience developing go-to-market strategies, defining customer segments, and building repeatable sales engines
Background in transitioning businesses from project-based revenue to recurring or subscription-based commercial models
Practical experience in technology, AI, automation, or digital transformation implementation
Track record selling technology or services into owner-led or traditional SME markets
