Global Benefits Director: Strategy, Compliance & Equity

Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Benefits to lead the global benefits portfolio, including health, welfare, leave, and retirement. You will partner with executives to align strategy with workforce needs, manage an international program, and drive governance and vendor strategy across regions. You will guide long-range cost planning, risk assessment, and program investments, while building and leading a high-impact benefits team in a fast-growing security company.
