Position Overview:
- Full-scope medical optometry in a private, concierge-style practice
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and diagnose ocular disease
- Treat conditions including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration
- Work alongside a dedicated ophthalmic technician and virtual scribe
- Join a highly personalized practice focused on exceptional patient care Compensation
- Base Salary: $140,000
- Production Bonus Opportunity
- Total Earning Potential Up to $200,000 Schedule
- Tuesday-Friday, 9:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Four-Day Work Week (28 Hours)
- Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays Off
- 15-18 Patients Per DayWhy Optometrists Are Applying
- Four-day schedule with every weekend and Monday off

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree REQUIRED
- Active Florida Optometry License or Ability to Obtain REQUIRED
- Strong Clinical Skills in Medical Optometry
- Experience Diagnosing and Treating Ocular Disease
- Excellent Communication and Patient Care Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively
