Band Saw Operator

Responsibilities: • Safely operate horizontal and vertical band saw equipment • Measure and mark materials using tape measures and measuring tools • Cut metal materials according to specifications and dimensions • Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy • Load and unload materials for production • Maintain production schedules and workflow • Keep work areas clean and organized • Perform basic machine upkeep and report equipment issues • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements • Assist with other production tasks as needed

Requirements: • High school diploma or GED preferred • Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred • Band saw experience preferred (training available for qualified candidates) • Tape measure experience required • Basic math and measuring skills • Ability to read instructions and blueprints • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
