MEP Project Manager

Key responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project delivery including cost planning, design management, and construction management until project completion Track project progress and issue monthly formal reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for progress claims and payments Coordinate communications between project stakeholders and maintain adherence to project management guidelines and practicesRequired qualificationsDegree in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, particularly with major data center projects and MEP coordination Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS-Office Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
