Position Type: Locum tenens Healthcare Setting: On-site clinical practice Location: Corpus Christi, Texas Openings: 2 Start Date: December 28, 2026 End Date: March 22, 2027 Contract Duration: Approximately 12 weeks Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,260–$3,870 Schedule: Shift details to be confirmed Nurse Practitioner Job Requirements At least 1 year of professional Nurse Practitioner experience Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license eligible for practice in Texas Current national Nurse Practitioner certification appropriate to the role Ability to provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care in an on-site healthcare setting Strong clinical judgment, communication, and clinical documentation skills General Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Diagnose and manage patient conditions within the Nurse Practitioner's scope of practice Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies and laboratory testing Prescribe medications and provide patient education in accordance with applicable regulations Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation Why Work in Corpus Christi, Texas?
