The Client or Stakeholder Problem You’ll Help SolveThe organisation is looking for a trusted senior-level Advisor who can help leaders operate more effectively, improve collaboration across the leadership team, and strengthen execution across key operational areas. This role combines executive coaching with practical operational insight. You will help senior stakeholders improve judgement, leadership capability, team alignment, and execution discipline, while supporting initiatives that contribute to efficiency, cost control, and sustainable growth. Why Your Background Matters Your experience is likely to be especially valuable if you have operated in VP, C-suite, or equivalent senior leadership roles and have a track record of improving business performance, leading teams, and coaching senior stakeholders. What You’ll Be Trusted To DoProvide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to senior leaders using a structured executive coaching approach Offer feedback and guidance to help executives strengthen judgement, leadership effectiveness, and decision-making Support leadership teams in improving collaboration, team dynamics, and development Work with senior management to identify and support operational improvements that strengthen efficiency, cost control, and sustainable growth Contribute to the alignment of key operational areas, including financial management, HR, and compliance, in partnership with internal leadership Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support initiatives that strengthen business performance Act as a trusted Advisor to the CEO and executive team on leadership, talent development, and organisational effectiveness Support initiatives related to employee engagement, succession planning, and high-performing team culture Build strong internal partnerships that support operational excellence and strategic growth Who Benefits From Your WorkYour work will directly support the CEO, executive team, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams by improving leadership effectiveness, operational discipline, and organisational performance.
