Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team MemberAs a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dwight Lewis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
