Job Title: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Requirements:
Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.3+ years of administrator experience is preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in long-term care.
Responsibilities:
- Directs the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and Nexion policies.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, quality of care, and resident satisfaction requirements.
