School Courier - Custodial Worker

Job Description: Starting immediately, full-time, 8-4 pm, operates a motor vehicle to deliver a wide variety of school supplies; performs simple building maintenance, loads and delivers cafeteria food from main kitchen to schools; sorts and delivers mail and packages to schools, etc.; dusts chairs, tables, desks and other furniture; washes windows, walls, woodwork, bathrooms, tubs and bowls; gathers and disposes of refuse; picks up and delivers school lunch monies; picks up and delivers equipment, supplies and related material; performs routine preventative maintenance on transport vehicles and on various equipment; sweeps, mops, washes, strips, waxes and polishes floors; may perform maintenance chores such as painting or snow removal; may be required to drive a school bus, if qualified and properly licensed.
