Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You’ll Do: Lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of business and technical functions Build and engage passive candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing and market mapping Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership on search strategy, market intelligence and compensation Manage multiple priority searches in a fast-moving environment Use recruiting technology, data and AI tools to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency Maintain strong candidate communication and deliver a high-quality candidate experience What We’re Looking For 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Background recruiting within fintech, financial services, technology, investment banking or another fast-paced environment Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills Experience partnering with senior-level hiring managers and executives Comfortable working across multiple functions and changing priorities Experience with Linked In Recruiter and modern ATS/recruiting tools Strong knowledge of the NYC talent market

Work Model: Hybrid, with a strong in-office presence This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys being hands-on, building pipelines from scratch and working closely with senior business leaders.
