Responsibilities: Submit and track tag/title work through state systems Maintain accurate title records and follow up on missing or incorrect documentation Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, tag offices, and internal departments Reconcile title schedules and assist with month‑end reporting Support the accounting and sales administration teams as needed

Requirements: Dealership title experience required Strong accuracy and organizational skills Knowledge of state tag/title requirements Proficient with Microsoft Office; DMS experience a plus High school diploma or equivalent Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
