Remote Senior InfoSec Engineer: Zero Trust & MDR Lead

Baylor Genetics is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer to lead security controls protecting patient genomic and health data. You will design, implement, and operate defenses across on-premise, cloud, and endpoints, aligning with the Information Security team's strategy. Reporting to the Director of Information Security, you will manage SIEM/MDR, vulnerability management, PAM/JIT, MFA and Zero Trust initiatives, and mentor junior engineers while advancing a risk-based security program.
