COORDINADOR DE DISTRIBUCION

Responsibilities: Verify the merchandise dispatched to sellers is correct in the load, make adjustments if necessary in the ORACLE and MSF programs. Perform check and dispatch of merchandise to sellers in the early morning in the ramp areas. Check the loading of breads, flatbreads, barrels, sweets, donuts, and inventories in the buses. Report any unusual situations related to merchandise or sales associates. Responsible for notifying the Supervisor of any adjustments that occur in the dispatch of products in the route area. Propose measures to improve the performance of the organization. Responsible for keeping the dispatch area clean and organized at all times. Report any safety and food quality situations. Observe GMP's and Occupational Safety standards applicable to their work area.

Requirements: Experience performing similar tasks, such as inventory management. Availability to work night shifts. Pass a math exam. High School Diploma and/or Equivalent. Certificate of Good Conduct. Health Certificate. Analytical, administrative, and organizational skills. Skill and knowledge of the Oracle, MSF, and Power Bi system. Ability to load and move objects of 40 pounds or more. Ability to work during working hours standing at all times.
