Job Overview:
Titan Partners is seeking an Director to join our Investment Banking team who will be responsible for private & public capital market transactions, managing deal processes, and providing comprehensive financial advisory services to clients on the Titan Partners platform. Responsibilities: Transaction Execution & Managing Deal Process: Collaborate with colleagues to provide clients with seamless transaction execution including but not limited to equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate advisory matters Financial Analysis: Perform research and various financial analyses in support of new business generation as well as ongoing support of current clients. Due Diligence: Manage and coordinate industry and company-specific due diligence activities in support of new business generation as well as live transactions Structuring: Assist in structuring transactions and providing creative solutions to meet client objectives while considering both market conditions and regulatory requirements Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers, ensuring exceptional service while considering evolving client and firm needs
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
Experience:
5+ years of experience in investment banking or related field preferred Licenses / Certifications: SIE, Series 79 & 63 required
Financial Modeling Skills:
Proficient in building complex financial models, conducting valuation analyses, and interpreting financial statements
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex financial concepts succinctly and effectively Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) and other market analysis software Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation based on industry standards and experience Benefits include dental, health care, and 401(k) discretionary company match
